Creating sustainable wealth and an economic platform for First Nations communities combined with providing the highest service level to our customers.

Our Partnership

Pickwick 1A is a Joint Venture with our partner Pickwick Group Pty Ltd

Pickwick 1A was established in 2017 to address the disadvantage of First Nations peoples through economic participation providing a primary mechanism to improve life experiences and a better future for our peoples. Pickwick 1A is proud to be a majority owned and managed Indigenous business that provides facilities services and recruitment throughout Australia.

Our partner, Pickwick Group is a well-established family owned facilities services company. Having started as a small Brisbane cleaning business in 1981, Pickwick Group has grown to become a nationwide service provider of contract cleaning and security solutions to a wide and varied customer base, see www.pickwickgroup.com.au.

Pickwick Group’s depth of industry experience and highly skilled management team adds precious knowledge to Pickwick 1A whilst Pickwick 1A guides and mentors Pickwick Group through its Reconciliation journey. Together, creating a new force in the Australian services industry.

Pickwick 1A acknowledges the Traditional Owners, Custodians and Elders past and present of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people on whose lands we work.
